Which Go Play Travel Trailer Floor Plan is Best For Me?

August 16th, 2023 | 14 min. read

By Greg Long

Travel trailers are the most popular type of RV for good reasons. They’re easy to tow, allow you to camp comfortably in your favorite outdoor hideaways and can be built to accommodate anyone from solo campers all the way up to large families.

Bish’s RV has been selling campers for nearly 40 years. We know campers aren’t one-size-fits-all. The travel trailer your family needs when you’re out camping isn’t the same kind of camper the family across the street needs. Your family is unique and deserves a camper that is designed specifically for you. That’s why we created our own line of rugged campers − Go Play RVs.

There are 8 different Go Play models to choose from. Each floor plan is specifically designed to meet the preferences and needs of particular types of campers.

By the time you’re done reading this article, you’ll be able to figure out which Go Play floor plan best fits your camping needs and preferences, so you can select the perfect camper that matches your unique style and get outside to go play!

What is an RV Floor Plan?

Go Play Floorplan

An RV’s floor plan refers to the layout and design of its interior. It shows the arrangement of the living, sleeping, cooking, and dining areas. The floor plan determines how much living space is available, how many people the camper can accommodate and how functional the living areas are.

Go Play Floor plans also include features such as slide-outs, bunk beds, storage areas, and exterior features like power awnings and outside kitchens.

Check out our article on how to understand all the numbers and letters that manufacturers use when naming their models and floor plans.

  • How many beds will you need?
  • Do you want a bedroom separated from the main living area?
  • Do you plan on doing a lot of cooking?
  • Will you be hanging out a lot inside and need a larger living area?
  • Do you need an outdoor kitchen?
  • How much storage will you need?
  • How much weight is your truck able to tow?
  • What is your budget?

Go Play 180BHS Interior Features

The Go Play 180BHS has everything you need to enjoy camping with your family. It can sleep up to six people and has a great kitchen and family dining area. It features a queen-size bed in the front and bunks in the rear.

This single-axle camper does not have an incredibly large living area, but the dining area slides-out, which adds space to the kitchen area. The Go Play 180BHS RV’s interior features make it an excellent choice for those seeking a comfortable and functional living space on their outdoor adventures.

Towing the Go Play 180BHS

The Go Play 180BHS is a single-axle camper and is the smallest trailer (in length) in the Go Play family. Having just one axle means this camper is super mobile and much easier to turn and navigate. Its light weight means you can most likely tow it with your SUV or small truck.

Most national and state parks have RV size restrictions, limiting access to trailers 25’ or less. The Go Play 180BHS is the perfect size camper to enjoy staying at campgrounds in the country’s most scenic locations.

The Go Play 180BHS is Best For:

Small families who love playing in the outdoors. This is a fantastic first-time camper for families getting into RV camping. It can comfortably sleep families of 6. It features a single exterior storage area, making it ideal for weekend getaways.

The 180BHS is the perfect home base for families who have fun spending their camping time enjoying the outdoors.

The Go Play 263TH RV is a versatile and spacious toy hauler that features a range of interior features designed to maximize comfort and convenience. From its incredible living area and dinette, to its well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom, this toy hauler has it all.

Its garage area measures approximately 7’ x 12’, with a clearance height of approximately 5’ 11” inches. It has a rear ramp door for easy loading and unloading and the fold-up sofas in the garage area provide additional sleeping space or a comfortable lounge area.

For even more details and specs, read our deep dive review of the Go Play 263TH.

Towing the Go Play 263TH

Go Play 263TH travel trailer garage

The Go Play 263TH RV is a toy hauler, so it’s designed to carry your outdoor adventure toys in its garage when you go camping. ATVs, motorcycles and snowmobiles can add a lot of extra weight, so we recommend a heavy-duty truck with a minimum towing capacity of 10,000 pounds for the 263TH.

The 263TH’s length can make it more challenging to maneuver in tight spaces or on narrow roads. However, the RV’s dual axle design and wide stance contribute to its stability while towing and its aerodynamic profile helps to reduce wind resistance and improve fuel efficiency.

The Go Play 263TH is best for:

Families or small groups of friends who want to bring their toys along for the ride while still enjoying all the comforts of home. The spacious garage provides ample storage space for a range of toys, and the fold-up sofas in the garage area can be used as additional sleeping space or as a lounge area.

The Go Play 263TH is simple to use and set up and is a great choice for both first-time RV buyers and experienced RVers looking to bring their toys along for some extreme fun.
