The Avenue 37MBR’s kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream. What sets it apart is the ingenious placement of the kitchen island.
Unlike most RVs, where the island is closer to the front, this one is pushed further back, creating a wide-open space that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in.
The Avenue 37MBR also boasts opposing floor flush slides, thanks to its 101-inch wide body. The 80-inch tall slide rooms offer plenty of headroom, and the slide fascia accent lighting adds a touch of elegance.
Another notable feature is that the plumbing fixtures are thoughtfully designed with individual shut-off options, ensuring you can easily manage any water-related issues without disrupting your entire trip.
However, as great as this kitchen is, there’s one drawback for some users – the hard knee-knocking leg posts on the dinette that might not be friendly for those of a larger stature.
Cozy Living Area
The 37MBR’s theater seating provides a perfect vantage point for enjoying the entertainment center, complete with a large, rotatable, low TV and a fireplace.
The dimmer lighting in the RV creates a cozy ambiance for movie nights, and the positional memory ensures your preferred lighting settings are remembered.
Whether you’re watching your favorite movie or simply enjoying the company of loved ones, the living area of the Avenue 37MBR is designed for both relaxation and entertainment.
Multi-Purpose Mid-Room
The private mid-room in the Avenue 37MBR provides the perfect space for an office, guest room, craft room, or anything else you need.

Sleeping Options
The Avenue 37MBR offers many sleeping options between the dinette, mid-room, loft, and master bedroom.
The loft is located above the mid-room. Now, this area has a relatively cramped height, so while you might not want to be climbing into that loft every night, it is a great spot for kids or to use as an attic for storage.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with household outlets on both sides, perfect for charging devices or using an alarm clock. The blackout roller shades ensure you get a restful night’s sleep by keeping unwanted light out.
One thing to keep in mind is that the Avenue 37MBR does not come with a factory-installed TV in the master bedroom, but it is prepared for one, along with having washer and dryer prep.
Thoughtfully-Designed Bathroom
The bathroom’s layout ensures that there is good space around the toilet, making it comfortable to use.
The vanity area also offers sufficient storage and counter space.
However, some might find a deal-breaker in the shower. While the average person will fit just fine in the 37MBR’s shower, some taller individuals might find themselves with their head in the skylight, being cramped by the shower’s raised plumbing.
As you can see from the pictures above, Tom from EnjoyTheJourney.Life was able to fit fine, but Josh the RV Nerd (who is over 6 feet tall) found a much less enjoyable experience with his head in the skylight.
Excellent Exterior
The 37MBR boasts a substantial front awning and a rear awning, providing ample outdoor living space.
The outdoor kitchenette is a convenient addition, complete with a griddle, a beverage center, and even TV hookups. And with the lack of separation between the kitchenette and the passthrough storage, it helps the passthrough to feel very spacious.
The absence of traditional outside speakers reduces potential failure points in the exterior and keeps the RV’s sleek profile intact.
Then there are the additional features of a six-point leveling system, an enclosed underbelly with a radiant barrier, holding tank heaters, and a 3,000-pound horizontal towing hitch.
