Living Area

The Jay Feather 21MML has a standout living area. There is a Murphy bed at the front, which can be folded up when you’re not using it. This good use of space allows for a more open, spacious living area.

The theater seating and entertainment center give you a comfortable and cozy spot to unwind.

The large window in the living area brings in lots of natural light and provides a great view.

Kitchen

The kitchen seems compact at first, but you’ll find a surprising amount of countertop space. This RV is perfect for meal prep and cooking.

The 21MML kitchen is well-equipped, although some may not like the toe kick in front of the stove.

This 2024 model has a bigger refrigerator – a welcome addition. Now you’ll have more storage for your groceries so you can keep your food fresh throughout your trip.

Bathroom

The bathroom in the Jay Feather 21MML is a pleasant surprise with:

Extra elbow room in the shower thanks to the radius bar.
Double medicine cabinet with plenty of storage for your toiletries.
Closing linen storage cabinet. Similar floor plans leave the linen storage open.

Bedroom

The Murphy bed in the front of the RV can be used in two ways: as a traditional bed or folded up to create more living space.

You might expect it to be hard to get around this RV when the bed is down, but you can easily get around while the bed is down AND the slide is in.

There are convenient power outlets for your devices and gadgets. You can plug in type A and type C USB outlets.

This travel trailer is easy to access and move around in with the slide in.

Towing this Jay Feather

The 21MML is under 30 feet and weighs a maximum of 6,500 pounds fully loaded. This lightweight model is a great option if you need something for a ½ ton truck.

Exterior

The Jay Feather 21MML is built with a lightweight and noise-dampening Azdel construction instead of traditional wood paneling.

The outside of the RV has quick-drop stabilizers on all four corners so you can have a stable and comfortable experience inside.

The RV also comes with a 30-amp solar controller and 200 watts of standard solar.

Potential Problems

Some RVers may not be fans of the Murphy bed design, or they might find it less than ideal to have the bathroom so close to the kitchen.

Good Fit or Bad Fit?

If lifting the Murphy bed to maximize space is a concern, this probably isn’t the RV for you.

Also, if having the kitchen close to the bathroom is an issue, you may want to pass on the 21MML.
