On a recent trip, we had a problem with one of our roof vents. It seems that the vent material had deteriorated to the point that it had failed around the perimeter. The vent would open even though the frame was tightly closed. We have very little experience with RVs as this is our first. We did a quick internet search for RV maintenance facilities in the Twin Falls area that were open on Saturday. We were extremely lucky to find that Bish's RV was nearly on our route toward Sun Valley. Once there we met Mr. Randy Dey and our problems were solved after that. Bish's had the correct replacement part in stock at a reasonable price. Later when I had difficulties understanding how to fit the new part, Randy helped us get the old part off and the new part fitted. He was friendly and could not have been more helpful. Just wanted to let folks know that we were very happy to meet the nice folks in Twin Falls. Safe Travels and watch out for motorcyclists!

When everything went dead in our coach that night, we felt like bad luck had set in, and three hours later those feelings had changed to that of lottery winners. For you fellows to come out in that cold wind, and crawl around on ice for a stranger, and then not wanting to be paid for it, is unimaginable. In today's' world, you fellows are a rare breed.

I believe that when someone exceeds your expectations, that "someone" should be recognized. I walked onto the rv lot in Boise looking for a rv trailer for $7000... I know that would be a tough thing to accomplish. A salesman by the name of Kurt, greeted me and I laid out what I wanted and then threw out the $7000 figure. He said it would be tough but would do his best. At no time did Kurt make me feel any less of a customer or less important because of the "small dollar amount". Anyway.... Kurt was amazing.... he found what I was looking for and the price I was looking to spend. I felt like a valued customer and I will for sure continue my rv needs by going through Bish because of the service I received from Kurt! Great Job Kurt! You were amazing to work with!
